Datamark™ XL+ Laser Marking Workstation


The XL+ benchtop laser marking and engraving machine is a Class 1 laser safe enclosure that provides users a comfortable and totally safe operation during the laser marking process.

Its compact design enclosure offers a large interior space to allow easy loading and marking of parts and nameplates of virtually any size and geometry. In addition, the XL+ laser marking machine features a complete front control panel and a vertical opening front door system to facilitate ergonomic operation for the user. Additionally, it has a rear door that facilitates service tasks and the safe loading of extremely large parts when necessary.

Designing and programming the marking messages is easily done using the fully-featured PC software included with the system; for marking texts, references, logos, barcodes, automatic data and much more.

Easy operation

The XL+ features a wide vertical opening front door and a rear service door,  for easy access to the large interior workspace, allowing parts of virtually any size to be easily loaded.

Door open security sensor

The I/Door sensor security system automatically stops the marking process if the door is opened, ensuring that marking is only possible if the door is completely closed.

Powered Z-Axis

The XL+ laser marking machine is equipped with a motorized Z-axis that allows easy marking distance adjustment for the different part sizes.
